How we work
Every client and every project has different needs. Our methodology generally revolves around these stages while details are customised differently based on different needs.
Sharing Stage
No project is possible without the client’s involvement. At this stage, it is critical for the client to share with us their project vision and objectives. It is important to share as much as possible on business and product strategies in order to move in the same direction.
Analysis Stage
We begin each project with analysing the target audience needs. A content analysis is performed to identify information misrepresentation. Our clients could share with us available statistical reports at this stage to understand existing user behaviour and how best we can progress that.
Planning Stage
A good plan start with a good purpose. At this stage, we help our customers identify the true purpose of the end product/platform and derive its positioning. With a good strategy, we plan the components involved and finally the mechanism of how each component will work.
Design Stage
Forgive us that we dont believe in mockups. We rather spend time in planning a product/platform that meets the clients’ needs than blindly trying to establish cosmetic details. Visual design is eye candy. Logic design is purposeful. We’d like to talk more about processes. Less on colors.
Implementation Stage
The client can take a backseat here and we’ll create the product/platform from here. We might need you ocassionally though if you’re controlling the hosting platform.
Review Stage
Completion is the beginning of things to happen. When a platform is lived, take a 3 days break and there’ll be more things to come. We’re talking about maintenance, statistical reporting and analysis and of course more ideas. It’s a cycle that hardly ends especially if we have a committed client.
